Refund Policy

Start with your order details

A return or exchange request can be made within 30 days of the date your goods arrive. Send your order number or proof of purchase and identify the item you wish to return. An unwanted purchase should remain unused, in its original condition and original packaging. If you prefer an exchange, tell us which replacement you would like so we can check availability.

We arrange eligible return shipping

The merchant covers return postage for qualifying change-of-mind returns as well as damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods. Our reply will provide a prepaid shipping label or another merchant-paid return arrangement. Wait for those instructions before mailing anything. In the absence of a separately provided return destination, use the business address printed below.

Damage, mistakes and missing items

Please describe any damage, missing contents or incorrect item when contacting us, and include photographs of the product and packaging where helpful. We use that information to investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy. The unused-condition rules for unwanted purchases do not cancel statutory rights relating to faulty or wrongly supplied goods.

Receipt, review and reimbursement

After the returned goods have been received, inspected and approved, the refund is issued within 10 business days to the original payment method. A card issuer or payment provider may take further time to post the credit. Retain your return tracking details and contact us if you need help tracing an approved refund.

If the order has not left yet

Ask for a cancellation or amendment as early as possible before shipping. We will review the request against the fulfillment stage; a change is not guaranteed once preparation has advanced. For a dispatched order, follow the return procedure above. This policy leaves all mandatory consumer rights intact.
