Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

Delivery is available only to United States addresses. Every US order qualifies for free Standard Shipping, with no minimum order total. Any tax required under applicable law is calculated separately and shown at checkout.

From order preparation to arrival

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Once dispatched, estimated transit is 4–6 business days. Weekends and US federal holidays are not counted as business days. These timeframes describe normal service expectations and are not an unconditional delivery-date guarantee.

Following the parcel

We email tracking information to the address supplied with your order after shipment. Carrier tracking may remain unchanged until the package receives its first scan. Keep the notification available when reviewing progress or asking our team about a delivery.

Corrections and delivery assistance

An incorrect address should be reported immediately, preferably before dispatch. We cannot promise that an address can be altered once the parcel is in transit. If tracking suggests a lost parcel, an incorrect delivery or an unusual delay, send us the order and tracking references. For shipping damage or missing contents, include a description and useful photos. Our team will review the circumstances and coordinate an appropriate response.
