Using the storefront responsibly

By using this store or placing an order, you agree to use the service lawfully and provide accurate transaction information. A purchaser must have capacity to enter the transaction or appropriate adult authorization. Keep any account credentials private. These terms do not override consumer protections that cannot lawfully be waived.

Review the specification of the exact Simple Modern item selected before ordering, including capacity, size, model, material and included parts. Images may display differently between screens. Availability can change, and a received order message should not be read as a guarantee that every item is ready to ship.

Prices and order review

The store presents and settles transactions in USD. Check the item total, discounts and applicable tax before completing payment. We may contact you where an order involves an unavailable product, an apparent pricing error, a payment issue or suspected misuse. When an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, we will explain the issue and arrange the refund or other resolution due.

Shipping and returns

US delivery arrangements, free Standard Shipping and estimated timelines are set out in the Shipping Policy. The Refund Policy explains the 30-day return request period, merchant-paid eligible return postage, exchanges and refund processing. Requests to amend or cancel an order should be sent promptly before dispatch and remain subject to the fulfillment status.

Content and prohibited conduct

Product names, images and other materials remain subject to the rights of their owners. Browsing this site does not grant a commercial license to reproduce its content. Do not misuse another person’s information, conduct fraudulent activity, introduce malicious code or interfere with security and normal store operation.
